New Full UK Trailer for Daniel Radcliffe's Horror 'The Woman in Black'
"She's always there." A new official UK trailer via MSN has debuted today for The Woman in Black, the period horror-thriller starring Daniel Radcliffe as a young lawyer who gets caught up in a crazy ghost story out on a trip to a remote village. We've already seen a couple of good teaser trailers for this Hammer Film already, and we actually get a full look at the story in this without ruining any of the key plot elements. I also like seeing more of Ciarán Hinds as "Mr. Daily" in this, great actor and even better knowing he's a part of this. Personally, I think this looks damn good, and very creepy, too. I'm looking forward to seeing it!
Watch the newest UK trailer for James Watkins' The Woman in Black, via MSN UK:
A young lawyer (Daniel Radcliffe) travels to a remote village to organize a recently deceased client's papers, where he uncovers tragic secrets and encounters the ghost of a scorned woman set on vengeance.
The Woman In Black is directed by British filmmaker James Watkins, of the horror Eden Lake previously. The screenplay was written by Jane Goldman, of Stardust, Kick-Ass, The Debt, X-Men: First Class, adapted from Susan Hill's classic novel, published in 1983. CBS Films will be distributing The Woman In Black in the US, and has already set a February 3rd, 2012 release date early next year. Visit their official website.

looks good - it's been too long since a good haunted house movie.

Radcliffe needs some sun now that he's done with Harry Potter. Looks creepy, my girl will make me watch it.

I like period-horror, but I do hope it is scarier than the trailer shows.

I wonder if the woman in black will be scarier than the old woman in Insidious..

As much as I enjoyed the movies that made him famous, this is his first real chance to say "Harry who?". I tell you what, it looks like he makes the most of it.

All I can say is "Wow!" Daniel has truly grown into a terrific screen presence, beyond what he has already contributed as Harry Potter. I look forward to seeing this movie.

I have to say that I am very excited of this film. Not only because it feels like a genuinely scary horror movie, but also because I want to see what Daniel Radcliffe can do in a different role. Previously, he has only been Harry Potter for me. But maybe after this movie, I'll start to think of him as an actor instead of a character.
