Peep World Trailer

It's still indie week with Sundance going into its last few days, so we've got another delightful indie comedy trailer to run. IFC Films released the official trailer for Peep World, a dysfunctional family comedy about four siblings whose lives are ruined when a book exposes all of their secrets and embarrassing problems. It stars quite a few great actors: Michael C. Hall, Sarah Silverman, Kate Mara, Rainn Wilson, Judy Greer, Ben Schwartz, Taraji Henson and Ron Rifkin as the dad. This looks like one of those amusing indies to watch one summer evening when you want to laugh with friends -- or maybe your family. Enjoy!

At their father's 70th birthday party, four siblings (Hall, Silverman, Wilson, Schwartz) come to terms with the publication of a novel written by the youngest sibling, that exposes the family's most intimate secrets.

Peep World is directed by veteran filmmaker Barry W. Blaustein, of Beyond the Mat, The Ringer and Guys 'N Divas: Battle of the High School Musicals previously. The screenplay was written by Peter Himmelstein, of only The Key Man previously. This premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival last year and is being released by IFC Films in theaters on March 25th following a VOD debut February 9th. Look okay?

Why isn't this must-watch?

I think the idea was to make a funny movie, i don't think they made it. DVD probably. And the Cast is far away from excellent, i would say just good.
