Watch: Another Official Trailer for Martin Scorsese's 'Hugo' 3D Arrives
"Once upon a time I met a boy named Hugo Cabret…" Haven't seen enough yet? Paramount has debuted yet another official trailer via Apple for Martin Scorsese's Hugo 3D, which is coming down to its final month of marketing before hitting theaters. This trailer is a much more emotional, story-driven look at what makes this look like a wonderful film full of emotion, mystery and adventure. Hugo stars Asa Butterfield and Chloe Moretz. There's less Sacha Baron Cohen in this trailer and more Ben Kingsley, but it still looks great. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing this, even if it looks like a good family film. Take a look!
Watch the newest official theatrical trailer for Martin Scorsese's Hugo 3D, in high def via Apple:
Set in 1930s Paris, an orphan (Asa Butterfield) who lives in the walls of a train station becomes wrapped up in a mystery with his young new friend (Chloe Moretz) that involves his late father and an automaton.
Hugo, originally The Invention of Hugo Cabret, is directed by Oscar winning filmmaker Martin Scorsese, of films like Taxi Driver, Raging Bull, Goodfellas, Casino, The Aviator, Gangs of New York, The Departed and Shutter Island most recently. The screenplay was written by John Logan (Gladiator, The Time Machine, The Aviator, Sweeney Todd, Rango, Coriolanus, Bond 23), based on Brian Selznick's book. This was shot in 3D. Paramount is bringing Hugo to theaters everywhere starting November 23rd this fall. Still interested?
one of those rare 3d movies that i am actually looking forward too. I liked that they showed a more humanistic side to this story so that parents and older audiences know that this isn't just for kids. Course they should already know that since Scorsese's name is attached to this.

Looks very intriguing. It also shows quite clearly how wonderfully 3-dimensional an image can look in regular 2D.

A much better trailer - I am intrigued!

Gonna say it....looks terrible. Love Scorcese but this looks bad. Maybe it is the trailer but the design, acting and whole style of the thing looks awful. Really excited when the project was announced but this will not be one for me. Sorry Martin.
