Watch: Dane Cook in the Trailer for Indie Drama 'Answers to Nothing'
There Are No Easy Answers… Roadside Attractions has released an official trailer for the ensemble indie drama Answers to Nothing, written and directed by Matthew Leutwyler, on Yahoo today. The film stars quite an eclectic ensemble cast, including namely Dane Cook, Julie Benz, Elizabeth Mitchell, Barbara Hershey, Zach Gilford, Erik Palladino and Kali Hawk, in a Los Angeles-set drama about "lost souls" and their connection and lives and whatnot. There's also some sex and romance spliced in here to actually get audiences interested. Otherwise, this looks like some overindulgent drama to me. Give it a shot anyway.

"Sometimes its the small steps we take in life that reveal themselves later to be the most courageous ones." Lost souls in Los Angeles search for meaning and redemption and affect each other in ways they don't see.
Answers to Nothing was both written and directed by indie filmmaker Matthew Leutwyler, of films like The River Why, Unearthed, This Space Between Us and Road Kill. The screenplay was also co-written by actress Gillian Vigman. This premiered at the Woodstock Film Festival and Napa Valley Film Festivals. Roadside Attractions will be releasing Answers to Nothing in limited theaters starting on December 2nd this fall.
Seems like CRASH, but with Dane Cooks shitty acting. He articulates his words way too much to seem real. I will wait for it to stream on HULU or Netflix.

I agree with you except for Dane Cook's articulation. I think he sounds real enough, and these two moments in the trailer when he spoke very proper seemed to fit the situations he was in. I tend to annunciate every. single. word. when I am upset or arguing with someone in order to emphasize my frustration or hammer a point home. 😉

This movie does not spark any interest to me. And as for dane cook, he's 39 years old (just checked wiki to be certain) however he looks like here's in his 50's. That guy went from young to extremely old looking in like 5 years. And yea, dane's only good movie he was in was a side character in "Waiting"

Dane Cook is not funny, nor is he a remotely decent actor. He needs to be banished from stardom.

Dane Cook's "acting" feels forced. He doesn't have mass appeal or the ability to do small films like this. He needs to stick with moronic, slapstick comedies that including boobies, farting, and a bum shitting on his car or some stupid shit like that.

Oh Dane. Dane is a nifty guy. I'm just not sure about this movie. I really liked him in that one movie with Steve Carell though.
