Captain America: The First Avenger

"Gentleman, you're up!" As much as I don't like clips, this is one to make an exception for, because there's an extra tease at the end. Marvel has suddenly released the final, very last scene of Captain America: The First Avenger online on Yahoo (via ComingSoon) and included at the very end of that, is a tease of the teaser for The Avengers. It's simply a "go see the full thing in theaters" kind of tease, but pretty awesome nonetheless as we do get to see a few glimpses at Joss Whedon's Avengers. Plus, that end scene isn't too big of a spoiler, we all know how this connects, don't we? Check it out below, but only watch this if you want to!

Watch the final Captain America scene and early The Avengers tease:

The Avengers: When an unexpected enemy emerges that threatens global safety and security, Nick Fury (Samuel Jackson), director of the international peacekeeping agency known as SHIELD, finds himself in need of a team to pull the world back from the brink of disaster. The cast includes Robert Downey Jr, Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner and Cobie Smulders, as well as Tom Hiddleston and Stellan Skarsgård who are reprising their respective roles as Loki and Professor Selvig from Thor. Marvel's The Avengers hits theaters everywhere May 4th, 2012.

Its ok but its just a tease.

Jackmooney5 on Jul 29, 2011

That's what he said.

Anonymous on Jul 29, 2011

Thats what she said

Tester on Jul 29, 2011

The sneak peak at the Avengers was much longer in the theatres

Guest on Jul 29, 2011

Yes, it is longer and i hope the full teaser trailer for the Avengers gets released on the internet soon, because i am tired of trying to watch the bootleg versions of it, that constantly get removed from movie websites every day since Captain America was released in theaters.

Sean on Jul 29, 2011

I can watch this over and over! Love it! I can't wait to see how Iron Man and Thor attempt to get along!lol!!

jah p on Jul 29, 2011

lol so far so good, at least they keep the story right. Where capt America was asleep.

Sammickey on Jul 29, 2011

I feel like Chris Hemsworth looks smaller in this teaser or his hair looks different. Can't wait, but something about this seems a bit off.

Arthur M J Lerma on Jul 29, 2011

maybe cause they didn't show the hulk?

Jwb3 on Jul 29, 2011

Why don't they release the whole thing online? It's not like anyone is going to see Cap again just for the full teaser

Staatz on Jul 29, 2011

is this directly at the end of the actual movie or is it after all the end credits?

john on Jul 29, 2011

After the credits.

This Avengers thing just bores the hell out of me.

Felix on Jul 29, 2011

then don't watch it, and get your candy ass out of here! but then that doesn't surprise me, as you obviously have a poor taste in movies

Jwb3 on Jul 29, 2011

im liking the longer hair on the god of thunder

stfugtfo on Jul 29, 2011

as well as the black sabbath shirt on ironman

stfugtfo on Jul 29, 2011

Thor is easily the best avenger, i hope he doesn't get given a back-seat to Evans, i understand Downey is probably the highest paid actor in this cast and hes probably going to get a large portion of screen time, but i loved Thor and i hope he gets a decent portion of screen time. This movie will either be really great or a massive flop, i dont think theres any middle ground. It needs to be epic, otherwise this will be a monumental disappointment.

Kyle Bennett on Jul 29, 2011

as stoked as i am for the avengers.....TOTALLY FREAKING STOKED (more than i am for TDKR), i still don't think you should've posted this teaser trailer just yet. if people are true Avengers fans, then they should be willing to go see captain america and wait till the end of the credits to then see it. least post this video maybe after captain america has left theaters. just saying.

Jwb3 on Jul 29, 2011

Why would what true fans do matter if this video is posted? Your logic is flawed. lol.

Daniel Vu Tran on Jul 29, 2011

I think he's just mad that he had to wait until the end of the credits and now other people don't have to

Awtan90 on Jul 29, 2011

Honestly, for me this was the best part of the entire film

Mattsride97 on Jul 29, 2011

That was nothing like it was in a theater. Remove this 'cause it's a waste compared to the actual thing. SO awesome, it was so0o0o0o awesome.

Nate Carroll on Jul 29, 2011

yeah i thought this is NOT the actual clip because there are more footage from what i have seen from theatre

Sowyau1 on Jul 29, 2011

What Tony Stark says at the end to Thor?

Frenchie on Jul 29, 2011

I'd like to know this too, I've played it over and over and I can't figure out what he's saying.

peloquin on Jul 29, 2011

something about a mean swing. I'm assuming he says you have a mean swing.

guest on Jul 29, 2011

"Some Assembly Required" is a great goddamn tagline

Voice of Reason on Jul 29, 2011

Thanks for the post...We missed it after the extremely crowded movie let out. Captain America was def one of Chris Evans best films to date!

CrimsonAvenger on Jul 29, 2011

This isn't even the full trailer... you should've stayed in the theater! You don't have to leave...? The full teaser for The Avengers is still at the end of the credits, this is barely a glimpse, a tease for the teaser. This is just a few seconds where the teaser at the end is about a minute long.

Alex Billington on Jul 29, 2011

Alex, When will the full teaser trailer be released for The Avengers movie ?

Sean on Jul 30, 2011

I don't really know... I've been wondering the same thing! :/ I hope soon, maybe another week, but I'm honestly not sure. Sorry! We'll just have to keep on waiting.

Alex Billington on Jul 30, 2011

Oh, okay. Yeah, i guess next week could be likely, meaning when it could be released on the internet. It should not take as long as its taking for it it be released on the internet, because its been 8 days now since its been in released to theaters, as Captain America's after credits scene, i didn't know it would take as long as its taking for the Avengers trailer to be released. Maybe it wil be on Thor and Captain America's Blu Ray releases, as one of the previews shown, before or after the menu pops up where the"Play Movie" part would be of Thor and Captain America: the First Avenger's Blu Rays ?

Sean on Jul 30, 2011

I ended up tweeting Marvel about it and they said that they "Can't say just yet!"

Anton Volkov on Aug 4, 2011

This 'Avengers' teaser kicked ass, as everyone remaining in the theater clapped and screamed for joy! The stakes are high for this flick and it surely won't please everyone, but it'll be a rockin' good time at the movies. Between this flick and, "The Dark Knight" rises, it's gonna be a KICK ASS summer 2012.

Spider on Jul 29, 2011

Captain America was a mediocre film at most (Horrible ending) and The Avengers is going to be a snoozfest. Spoiler: The good guys win. At least Nolan's Batman movies say something and are visually stunning.

Brandon on Jul 29, 2011

Your opinion is yours but it is in the minority...Captain America has recieved favorable reviews as a whole; but good luck campaining for DC.

Dueceswild222 on Jul 30, 2011

What happen to Thor's hair? Looks like he's a wwe wrestler now.

Anonymous on Jul 29, 2011

If they don't do the Captain America wake up from Ultimate Avengers, I'm going to not be happy. I'm already suspecting Avengers won't be as thrilling and exciting as the Ultimate Avengers vol.1 story was.

Johnny Neat on Jul 29, 2011

The teaser I saw in theaters was longer than this one. You see Hawkeye, Black Widow, Iron Man.....Lots more!!
