Mark the date. Although they're still filming this in Spain right now, the first teaser trailer for Darren Lynn Bousman's new horror-thriller 11-11-11 has hit the web thanks to Darren's own blog via STYD and it's pretty damn good. 11-11-11 is said to have "more scares than all of Bousman's first films combined" involving the 11:11 phenomenon, whereby on the 11th month of 2011 at the 11th hour and 11th minute, the 11th door will open and supernatural entities will enter Earth. I'm a big Bousman fan, so of course I think this looks great, very unsettling. The main cast includes: Timothy Gibbs, Michael Landes and Wendy Glenn.
Watch the first teaser trailer for Darren Lynn Bousman's 11-11-11:
A horror-thriller set on 11:11 on the 11th day of the 11th month and concerning a entity from another world that enters the earthly realm through Heaven's 11th gate. 11-11-11 is both written and directed by American filmmaker Darren Lynn Bousman, of Saw II, III & IV, Repo! The Genetic Opera and Mother's Day, still due out later this year. Bousman and Epic Pictures Group only announced the project last August, but pulled it together and are currently shooting in Spain. Though we don't know the distributor infomation yet, it will be arriving in theaters on November 11th, 2011, as in 11-11-11 itself. How creepy! Look any good?

At first look I thought it's something like Number 13, but I was so wrong... Still I'm not expecting much, so I'll pass... for now.

i like the fact that it actually comes out on the date that the movie takes place on. that's what really pissed me off about 2012, apart from the terrible writing and acting.

You wanted 2012 to come out on 2012? But...but...the movie says the world will end on that day...

If it's got anything to do with any of the Saw movies, I'll be skipping it thanks.

Not sure about this just yet, but I really enjoyed that little digital piece of music that plays throughout. Starts at :40. Definitely gave it an interesting tone.

No. The worst saw movies were 4,5 and 6 so only one of the worst saw movies

from the looks of it, Bousman took an interesting theme and poured bleach all over it

Thought it looked entertaining, then I saw that it is from the same director as Saw 2, 3 and 4, so even though it looks okay, it will end up being horrible.

Love how people are shitting on Bousman for the Saw movies when he was the one that kept them from going stale immediately after the first one. Saw 2 wasn't bad at all -- not better than the first, but not bad in any right. Yes, they've degraded since, but if it was handled by anyone else, it would've ended up being shit. It was his idea to capture Jigsaw and his idea to kill Jigsaw, the studio execs didn't want any of it. Making a stale movie interesting shows you have the basic understanding of writing a screenplay, and he's more than proven he can grab a performance out of an actor.

"more scares than all of Bousman's first films combined" Seeing as how Bousmans films never had any scares I see this as a big flop.

11-11-11 That adds up to 33! 3+3=9! 9 is 6 upside down... half of 6 is 3, which added to 30 is 33, which is 10 more than that SHITTY movie The Number 23!!
