I feel like we've seen so much for this already that there's almost no need to post this new trailer, but then again, it's a new trailer and we've got to put it up anyway. Universal has debuted a new theatrical trailer on Apple for Greg Motola's Paul, the sci-fi comedy starring Simon Pegg and Nick Frost as well as a bevy of supporting actors. This comes after an awesome teaser trailer and that full UK trailer from a few weeks ago, so there's not much we haven't seen, but they can pack in plenty of jokes. Is it just me or does it seem like this trailer has more Kristen Wiig in it? I'm still excited for this, but I just want to see it at this point.

Two British comic book geeks (Frost & Pegg) traveling across the U.S. encounter an alien outside Area 51.
Paul is directed by filmmaker Greg Mottola, of The Daytrippers, episodes of "Undeclared", Superbad and Adventureland previously. The screenplay was written by the two co-stars, Nick Frost and Simon Pegg, of "Spaced" and Shaun of the Dead fame. Apparently they rebuilt most of the Comic-Con showfloor out in New Mexico to shoot some of the big convention scenes in this. Universal is bringing Paul to theaters everywhere on March 18th early next year. Stay tuned for more updates and visit the official website: whatispaul.com.

Did the idea for this come from American Dad...?

Looks like a mash-up of E.T., Starman, and any other alien-stranded-on-Earth movies Nick Frost and Simon Pegg have seen growing up. And it looks crap from that trailer.

He asked for Reece's Pieces. I'm a huge Simon Pegg/Nick Frost fan, but I'm still having the hardest time deciding if I can get into this movie or not. I blame it on Seth Rogen's voice. I guess I wish Edgar Wright was attached to this in some way...

I'm in, I've been a Rogen fan since Freaks and Geeks and he was funny in Undeclared. Pegg and Frost are like Spade and Farley they work so well of one another its almost sickening! The cast is great and the plot seems fun.

Looks good. Just can't get over Seth Rogan voicing the alien. Shoulda been someone else.

Rogen's voice just doesn't work for me...I keep picturing him every time the alien talks and that kind of ruins it for me.

I don't care what anyone says this looks AWESOME! Nick Frost and Simon Pegg are great in everything they've ever done together, so I'm definitely watching this
