No Strings Attached - Natalie Portman

Yea we're a little late to the party on this one, but it's kind of worth seeing it anyway. Paramount was the first to kick things off with a regular No Strings Attached green band trailer, then Screen Gems fired back with a red band Friends with Benefits trailer, so now Paramount is back again with their own red band trailer for No Strings Attached starring Natalie Portman and Ashton Kutcher as f**kbuddies with feelings. The embedded version below does have a simple age gate. This looks quite funny and Portman does look way more adorable than she does in The Other Woman trailer, but will it be any good? Your thoughts?

Watch the new red band trailer for Ivan Reitman's No Strings Attached:

A couple tries to keep a relationship strictly physical, but it's not long before they want something more.

No Strings Attached, previously known as Friends with Benefits or just No Strings, is directed by comedic filmmaker extraordinaire Ivan Reitman, director of comedy classics like Meatballs, Stripes, Ghostbusters I & II, Kindergarten Cop, Junior, Evolution and My Super Ex-Girlfriend most recently. The screenplay was written by Elizabeth Meriwether, making her feature debut after working in TV for a few years. Paramount will be bringing No Strings Attached to theaters everywhere starting January 21st this month. Interested?

Didn't it used to be that they would make a cheap knock off version of the same plot? Now the studios produce 2 similar films with well known actors. I wonder if they planned it. A bit like Grown Ups and Couples Retreat, both world class films but with the same story. Well nearly.
