Arnold Schwarzenegger Lined Up to Lead David Ayer's 'Ten' Thriller
by Ethan Anderton

Now that Arnold Schwarzenegger will be back in full force this summer in The Expendables 2 (watch the most recent trailer), and another turn in the action thriller The Last Stand next January, and another reunion with Sylvester Stallone in The Tomb, he keeps lining up even more action vehicles. Open Road Films has just added another one to his future slate as the veteran action star will star in Ten, a new film from Street Kings director and Training Day producer David Ayer (watch the first trailer for his latest film End of Watch) with a script from Skip Woods, the writer behind A Good Day to Die Hard and The A-Team.
The film follows an elite DEA task force dealing with the world's deadliest drug cartels. Specializing in complex mobile operations, the team executes a tactical raid on a cartel safe house. What looks to be a typical raid turns out to be an elaborate theft operation, pre-planned by the DEA squad. After hiding millions in stolen cash, the team believes their secret is safe until someone begins assassinating them one by one. Likely Schwarzenegger is a member of this team, but I'm wondering if he'll be joined by some other well-known meatheads, or if he's going to be the clear star of the film. I'm not sure if people will get tired of having Arnold back in action over and over again, but at least he's mixing it up with some comedy soon as Triplets with Eddie Murhpy and Danny DeVito is still in the cards.
