Rise of the Guardians IMAX

We're already pretty excited for DreamWorks Animation's epic fantasy adventure Rise of the Guardians with an assembly of legendary icons like Santa Claus (Alec Baldwin), the Easter Bunny (Hugh Jackman), the Toothy Fairy (Isla Fisher) and the Sandman (Tom Kenny) fighting to protect children from an evil spirit called Pitch (Jude Law). But they have to call upon the rascally Jack Frost (Chris Pine) for help. Now the action will be on the really big screen as THR reports the film will have a limited run on IMAX screens in 3D starting on November 21st, the same day the film hits theaters before Thanksgiving.

Here's the most recent trailer for DreamWorks Animation's Rise of the Guardians if you missed it:

When an evil spirit called Pitch becomes bent upon taking over the world by inspiring fear in the hearts of kids everywhere, Santa (Alec Baldwin), the Easter Bunny (Hugh Jackman), the Tooth Fairy (Isla Fisher) and the Sandman (Tom Kenny) call upon Jack Frost (Chris Pine), to help them stop Pitch from destroying the world. Peter Ramsey (head of story on Monsters vs. Aliens) is directing Rise of the Guardians from a script by the book's author William Joyce and screenwriter David Lindsay-Abaire (Inkheart). DreamWorks Animation brings the film to theaters in 3D just before Thanksgiving on November 21st. Worth seeing?

I think it looks awesome and I'm glad Santa has yetties as companions and not some pussy ass elves.
