First Trailer for Wayans' 'Paranormal Activity' Spoof 'A Haunted House'

If you like fart jokes, nut shots and generally terrible parody films, then we have some phenomenal news for you. The first trailer for the Paranormal Activity spoof A Haunted House is here, and it's just as bad as any of the Scary Movie sequels. However, what's sad is that the original Scary Movie was actually a solid spoof in the same vein as classics like Airplane and The Naked Gun, but the series fell into garbage, despite bringing talent from those parody staples into the mix with the third round. Marlon Wayans, David Koechner, Nick Swardson and Cedric the Entertainer star in what might as well be Scary Movie 5.

Michael Tiddes (Dance Flick) directs A Haunted House written by Marlon Wayans (Scary Movie) and Rick Alvarez (producer of Scary Movie 2 and Little Man). Sending up found footage horror films like Paranormal Activity movies, The Devil Inside and more, the film follows young couple Malcolm (Marlon Wayans) and Kisha (Essence Atkins), who have just moved in to their dream house until Malcolm’s possessed girlfriend starts ruining things, including his sex life. The film hits theaters January 11th, 2013.

oh come on, if nothing else, the first PA was a fun take on found footage horror. You honestly, honestly, think farts and 10 seconds of screaming "yeah I kicked you in the balls what what" is better? No, you're being sensationalist. Been there, seen that, now let's have a halfway intelligent discussion.
