Hugh Jackman & Director to Answer 'Wolverine' Questions from Set

Will this be a stand-alone movie? Will it involve the Silver Samurai? How will it tie-in to the bigger X-Men cinematic universe, if at all? Have more questions about James Mangold's in-the-works comic book movie The Wolverine? Director James Mangold and star Hugh Jackman are jumping online next Monday (October 29th) for a live chat from the set in Australia. The news hit this morning, a week before the event, along with a video of Jackman and Mangold explaining how it will all go down and the reasons behind why they want to do this. I think this is an excellent idea and the perfect way to bring fans in as it wraps filming.

Hugh and James will be answering questions submitted by fans on Facebook and Twitter at #TheWolverineLive, along with an exclusive surprise or two. We'll be watching! The event will be streamed live on their official YouTube page starting October 29th at 1:00PM PDT, or on the official The Wolverine movie website.
