Based on these constant casting updates from The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, it seems that the second story in the trilogy has a much larger scope than the first. Every week or so a new actor or actress signs on for a trip to Panem, and we've got two more names to add to the ever-growing cast list. Meta Golding has taken the role of Enobaria, a previous Hunger Games winner from District 2 who became champion through brutal methods, and Variety reports that Patrick St. Esprit has taken the role of Romulus Thread, the Head Peacekeeper of District 12 who plans to uphold Capitol law amidst a rebellion.
You may recognize St. Esprit from his role on "Sons of Anarchy" or the short-lived but excellent FOX TV series "The Chicago Code," and the gorgeous Golding is no slouch herself, guest starring on eighteen different TV series in the past ten years alone. Though these actors aren't megastars, their appearances in this franchise will almost certainly provide them with some bigger opportunities in the coming years, so we'll be keeping an eye on them as they encounter Katniss, Peeta, and the rest of the former Games winners.
The Hunger Games: Catching Fire begins as Katniss Everdeen has returned home safe after winning the 74th Annual Hunger Games along with fellow tribute Peeta Mellark. Winning means that they must turn around and leave their family and close friends, embarking on a "Victor's Tour" of the districts. Along the way Katniss senses that a rebellion is simmering, but the Capitol is still very much in control as President Snow prepares the 75th Annual Hunger Games (the third Quarter Quell) - a competition that could change Panem forever. The sequel directed by Francis Lawrence hits theaters on November 22nd, 2013.

Bruno Gunn as Brutus imo was perfect. Exactly how I imagined him. I'm happy with her too.
