Disney has done a great job marketing their video game centric animated adventure Wreck-It Ralph. Along with the awesome trailers, the trilogy of faux commercials for the fictional games Fix-It Felix Jr., Sugar Rush Speedway and Hero's Duty were all fantastic. Now John C. Reilly, Sarah Silverman, Jane Lynch and Jack McBrayer talk about their characters from those games in a new featurette. In addition, there's also some great new footage that we've yet to see in any of the official trailers. I have a feeling this is going to be a really big hit for Disney, and we hope it doesn't disappoint when it hits theaters next Friday.
Here's the newest featurette for Disney's Wreck-It Ralph, in high def from Apple:
The bad-guy character Ralph, in the classic game Fix-It Felix Jr., who longs to be a hero brings trouble to his entire arcade after sneaking into a new first-person shooter game and unleashing a deadly enemy.
Rich Moore (who has helmed episodes of "Futurama" and "The Simpsons") is directing Wreck-It Ralph, the story of an 8-bit video game character struggling with his own villainous identity with the world of arcade games. John C. Reilly voices the titular character who tries to be a hero, but ends up unleashing a deadly enemy who just might destroy every game in the arcade. Jack McBrayer, Jane Lynch and Sarah Silverman all lend their voices to the film which is slated to hit theaters on November 2nd in 3D. Looking good?

Marketing has been perfect for this. Even though there's been endless trailers and featurettes, I still don't know who the badguy is and this is the first time they even mentioned what Ralf is looking for beyond the philosophical 'finding yourself' stuff and it's only a couple of weeks out. I'm a 25 year old man, but I still love these cartoons. Add to that; videogame characters from my childhood... I'll be first in line when it skips across the pond fo sho
