The Expendables 2

It's no small feat to get a slew of the biggest action stars over the past few decades together into one action film, and doing it twice with even bigger names just seems like showing off. That's exactly what's happening with The Expendables 2, and Sylvester Stallone took time to talk about getting the team back together and throwing in even more action veterans for another old school action extravaganza at the movies. There's some interesting new footage in this featurette, including a look at the practical special effects done on set, a rarity in blockbusters nowadays. Oh, and the film is officially R-rated, so take that Chuck Norris. Watch!

Here's the featurette for Simon West's The Expendables 2 originally from Apple:

Mr. Church reunites the Expendables for what should've been an easy job, but when one of their men is murdered, their quest for revenge puts them deep in enemy territory and up against an unexpected threat.

The Expendables 2 is directed by British filmmaker Simon West, of movies like Con Air, The General's Daughter, Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, Purple Mountain and The Mechanic previously. The screenplay was written by Sylvester Stallone, who directed the first one but not this one. Lionsgate is releasing Expendables 2 from Millennium Films / Nu Image starting on August 17th later this summer. You in for this one!?

This looks good but the 1st one wasn't that good as expected which I kinda haven't got hope for this one. But yeah I will still be watching it beacuse of the epic cast, especially JCVD. I think Stallone said it aswell that it doesn't matter about the story but the cast will bring people to watch the movie. Once in a life time casting. Hollywood should have thought about this when they were young (80's-90's).

Never ever going to see this again. Lie. Expendable 3 will be out in 2 years. lol. Hopefully with Jackie Chan involved and then Jet Li and Jackie Chan can have their real showdown they should have had. Their Forbidden kingdom fight never happened as far as I'm concerned.
