"The adventure begins." Not even David-8 could show the excitement that I have for Prometheus hitting theaters this summer. From the stellar trailers to the phenomenal viral videos, it's going to be hard to top the return of Ridley Scott to the world of science fiction. Now a new featurette keeps the hype machine going along with some new footage from the film itself. Cast members like Charlize Theron, Logan Marshall Green, Michael Fassbender, Noomi Rapace and more weigh in on working with Scott, and the director even speaks a little bit about his return to the genre as well. June can't get here soon enough!

Prometheus is directed by legendary Oscar nominated filmmaker Ridley Scott, who started it all with Alien and Blade Runner, also directing Thelma & Louise, Gladiator, Black Hawk Down, Kingdom of Heaven, American Gangster, Body of Lies and Robin Hood most recently. The screenplay was originally written by Jon Spaihts (The Darkest Hour), then updated by Damon Lindelof of "Lost" and Cowboys & Aliens, Star Trek 2. I may come out of "Opening Night Retirement" to see this the first day. I gave up on getting to openings when Spiderman 3 shat the bed. Sir Ridley has hopefully redeemed the experience for me.

Couldn't resist of course....looks great. I feel that they unloaded all the trailers a bit too early. I think there was a point were people were just *ready* to see it. Hope the momentum will stick. Love for a serious scifi return that also makes money. (So that the studios know not everyone wants superhero movies all the time. I sure don't)

Ridley Scott has LOST the touch of his earlier films, it will surely disappoint! Haven't seen a great film from him in a decade or so! He's not the same Ridley of Alien and Blade Runner anymore, no need to piggy bank of that films and try to bring audience to theaters now!

Its their job. Its a promo video so obviously they have to say nice things about him. Have you ever seen a promo where the actors go "yeah hes cool but i dunno. Hes old and lost his shit". Think of it what you will. See the movie and then lets discuss.

I am a fan of "Alien" & "Blade Runner" and yeah its true Ridley did not really do well in the last 20 years compared to his first works BUT i feel Prometheus could be a good movie
