Watch: Another Quick & Hilarious Red Band Spot for '21 Jump Street'
The film is just over a couple weeks away, and while we've already heard that a sequel to 21 Jump Street is in the works from writer and star Jonah Hill, everyone still has to see him and Channing Tatum in theaters first. Thankfully, it looks like there's plenty of funny to go around and get people into the seats. We've already seen a hilarious red band trailer and a more tame green band trailer, but now we have a couple more raunchy jokes in a new Red Band spot for the film, and it definitely delivers the laughs. This could actually be the comedy hit of the year, but Neighborhood Watch will offer competition. Watch below!
Here's the red band spot for Phil Lord and Chris Miller's 21 Jump Street via ComingSoon:
An undercover police unit consisting of young looking officers (Jonah Hill, Channing Tatum) infiltrate high schools to control youth crime. Updated version of the classic late 80's TV show starring Johnny Depp.
21 Jump Street is co-directed by young filmmakers Phil Lord & Chris Miller, creators of "Clone High" and directors of Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs before this. The screenplay was written by actors Jonah Hill and Michael Bacall (Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, Project X) based on the Fox TV show. Columbia Pictures is bringing 21 Jump Street to theaters everywhere starting March 16th, 2012 this year. Planning to see it?
That was indeed extremely graphic.

He should have said "pissing". This didn't seem as amusing as the previous trailers. It's definitely a spoof, though, using the Jump Street name but little else in common.

Pissing would work, but Ice Cube made that like his own. I'll rent it.

This should not even be considered a 21 Jump Street movie, this looks more like a spoof of the series. The only thing in common is the teenage cop theme. It might even turn out to be a fun, good movie, but a 21 Jump Street movie it is not.

There's a sequel to this garbage already in the works?

Jonah Hill looks like he lost a few pounds. Not as funny skinny.
