Earlier this week Bradley Cooper was in pursuit of Dax Shepard in the trailer for Hit & Run, but now he's cleaned up without dreadlocks and hiding secrets in the trailer debut for The Words, which premiered earlier this year at the Sundance Film Festival. The film follows a struggling writer who steals another man's (Jeremy Irons) personal, long lost story and gains literary fame because of it. However, that story is just part of another author's story, and there's some Inception-like layers to dig through. It's an interesting drama with some great performances, but a sluggish third act kept me from truly loving it. Watch it below!
Here's the first trailer for Brian Klugman and Lee Sternthal's film The Words from Yahoo! Movies:
Lee Sternthal and Brian Klugman (co-credited for coming up with the story for Tron Legacy) wrote and directed The Words, which has been called both a mysterious romance and a dramatic thriller and one story actually resides within the other. Bradley Cooper plays an author who uses another writer's haunting memories discovered inside a valise from an antique shop as his own and becomes a literary superstar after it's published. Jeremy Irons plays the other writer while Zoe Saldana plays the larcenous author's wife. Dennis Quaid and Olivia Wilde also have supporting roles in the film that hits theaters on September 21st.

Should have just done a game of Thrones style book, he'd be quids in and wouldn't have had so many sleepless nights being an emo. I'll be avoiding this it looks terrible.

Bad music is really starting to ruin good trailers for me. That lame ass Nickelback shit at the end? And the recent trailer for Gangster Squad was incredible until Jay-Z started.
