Join us on a spectacular adventure! Warner Bros and IMAX have debuted the official trailer on Apple for the upcoming nature documentary To The Arctic 3D, directed by Greg MacGillivray, of Everest and many other nature IMAX movies previously. This charming, chilly doc focuses on a mother polar bear and her two seven-month-old cubs as they navigate the changing Arctic wilderness they call home. While this does look wonderfully charming, it's elevated by the use of some Sigur Ros and Oscar winner Meryl Streep on the narration. Put those two together with a slice of beautiful imagery, and I'm in, this is mesmerizing. Enjoy!

An extraordinary journey to the top of the world, Greg MacGillivray's documentary adventure To The Arctic 3D tells the ultimate tale of survival. Narrated by Oscar winner Meryl Streep, the film takes audiences on a never-before-experienced journey into the lives of a mother polar bear and her twin seven-month-old cubs as they navigate the changing Arctic wilderness they call home. Captivating, adventurous, intimate footage brings moviegoers up close and personal with this family's struggle to survive in a frigid environment of melting ice, immense glaciers, spectacular waterfalls and majestic snow-bound peaks. It's impossible to watch anything combined with Sigur Ros and not get goosebumps.

In our choppers, we come. Aw, it's nice they got Meryl to do a lovely voice-over too. I watched this documentary Poison Fire the other day, it wasn't filmed in 3d or anything, but it was very interesting. No fluffy polar bears just some poor folk getting screwed by some oil companies. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bq2TBOHWFRc

I think this trailer looks a lot better than Chimpanzee.
