Gina Carano in Haywire Trailer

Why did they betray her? So if you haven't seen enough from this yet to whet your appetite, CraveOnline has posted one more additional trailer for Steven Soderbergh's Haywire, hitting theaters later this month. I believe this now makes this the third trailer, but it's still packed to the brim with action, so if you're not sold, here you go. Gina Carano stars as a covert ops agent betrayed and setup, and her father's involved, there's all kinds of weird twists and characters all over. Co-starring Channing Tatum, Ewan McGregor, Michael Fassbender, Michael Douglas, Antonio Banderas, Michael Angarano and Bill Paxton.

Watch the third, new official trailer for Steven Soderbergh's Haywire, embedded via CraveOnline:

Haywire is directed by Oscar winning filmmaker Steven Soderbergh, following up The Informant and The Girlfriend Experience, from a script by Lem Dobbs, of Soderbergh's The Limey, as well as Dark City and Kafka. In Haywire, an electrifying tale of espionage and betrayal, a female covert ops specialist (Carano), who works in the deadly world of international operatives, strikes back after discovering she's been double-crossed by someone in the agency. This first premiered at the AFI Fest in Hollywood last year, where I saw it and wrote a quick reaction. Relativity will be releasing Haywire in theaters on January 20th this month.

Carano looks tuff (*tough).

Looks cool. Soderbergh rarely disappoints me. Although this trailer only looks like it has a few new extra shots here and there compared to the first one.

At least she looks like she's capable of kicking ass. Big change from these humanitarian mothers and waif models trying to pass as true brawlers.
