The Avengers - Hulk Featurette

Just because the film has been in theaters for over a month, doesn't mean we're quite done with The Avengers. This time we've got a cool featurette focusing on what has almost unanimously been claimed to be everyone's favorite part of the Marvel superhero ensemble: The Incredible Hulk as brought to life perfectly by Mark Ruffalo. This featurette dives into how the visual effects team used Ruffalo to influence the character's design and also how they practically shot certain sequences in order to make it feel more genuine and real. It's quite a fascinating look into the process of creating a character like Hulk. Watch it!

Here's this awesome Hulk featurette from Joss Whedon's The Avengers from The Daily via BuzzFeed:

When an unexpected enemy emerges that threatens global safety and security, Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson), director of the international peacekeeping agency known as S.H.I.E.L.D., finds himself in need of a team to pull the world back from the brink of disaster. The star studded cast includes Robert Downey Jr, Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Cobie Smulders, as well as Tom Hiddleston and Stellan Skarsgård who are reprising their respective roles from Thor. Marvel's The Avengers, directed by Joss Whedon (Serenity), hit theaters May 4th. Go see it!

I so hope the extra 45, 60, 90mins or what it was, of extra footage is inserted into some kind of extended edition-on the first release on Blu-Ray. But we know how it works, they want our money, so it wont happen before a year or 2 after the normal Blu-Ray release. Btw, did you guys see that fan made  SHIELD Hellicarrier box set case thingie ? What a fantastic idea, too bad it won't be made =(

Huge ruffalo fan but I still think nortons inner intensity was perfect for the hulk. Both were great but I'd take ruffalos comedic timing and nortons intensity. Just sayin.

I keep trying to tell Hollywood who to cast as the Hulk: Michael C. Hall (aka Dexter). They just won't listen!

I watched the The Avengers and it was FREAKING AWESOME! I like them all but the Hulk/Bruce Banner STANDOUT among the rest. Mark Ruffalo did an AMAZING job and he gave JUSTICE to Hulk/Bruce Banner compared to the other 2 Hulk movies. Marvel and Disney made an EXCELLENT decision for giving the role to Mark Ruffalo. We NEED a new Hulk movie of Mark Ruffalo! WE NEED MORE!

Im sorry, but if I was a crew member on this movie watching Hemsworth wrestle Ruffalo with a foam torso of a bald Hulk, Id be like "wtf? This looks ridiculous!" lmao Glad to see the end result was fucking incredible! >:D
