Watch: Kevin Feige's 'Avengers' Costume/Prop Tour Video Featurette
"This case plays a big part in our future," Kevin Feige says, pointing to the case with the tesseract in it. What secrets does it hold? Thanks to our buds at SlashFilm, there's a fantastic new 8-minute video that you've got to watch if you're geeking out over Avengers, and how damn good it is. The D23 Armchair Archivist made a video, down at USC, where they've got a display of the props used in The Avengers, featuring Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige discussing many of the props used, their evolution, and some possible hints are things to come. I've seen a few videoes with Kevin Feige last weeks and I must say, he seems like such a nice guy. Most producers act like dicks. Oh, cool featurette, now to find out more about "The D23 Armchair Archivist " 🙂

(SPOILERS AHEAD BE WARNED) Question about the hulk: Closer to the end, we find out Banner could become Hulk whenever he wants because he's always angry. If he could control his rage the whole movie, then how come he went crazy on the ship the very first time he became hulk and tried to kill Black widow and everyone?
Max on May 5, 2012
I think when he was coming out of being knocked out from the explosion his rage instincts took over....but thats not important right now, I want that Hulk figurine in the photo!
CC on May 6, 2012
It was the explosion that pissed him off but why was he trying to kill Black Widow is questionable..... i think Banner didn't like the words BW said " I can help you".

he was being controlled by the spear, as was everyone. that's the whole reason loki came on board... to unleash him
Josh on May 6, 2012
Jup, the spear made them all turn on each other, and the ultimate goal was to get Banner to hold it-as he did without even being aware of it. You could say, they were all under it's spell
David Banner on May 6, 2012
He can control his anger like anyone else. Therefore stays human, but also just like anyone else even if he conscientiously tries to not get frustrated or upset or angry with something, it can still happen and that's what happened on the ship and he went into a rage. But I think since he went into the Hulk on his own accord in the final battle he was able to better control himself, but not perfectly as seen when he humorously punches Thor.

1) Banner gets hit by gamma rays and transforms into the Hulk. 2) Banner at first tries to figure out a way to cure himself, failing. 3) Banner then tries to figure out how to avoid transforming into Hulk. 4) The world constantly fucks with Banner, forcing him to transform into Hulk. 5) Banner realizes that since the world is always going to force the Hulk out of him, as Hulk, he instead figures out how to transform into Banner instead. 6) That was the entire point at the end of The Incredible Hulk. 7) In The Avengers, Banner can control his change into the Hulk. Also, when Banner changed into the Hulk on the carrier, it appeared he might have been 'acting' a little bit so he could continue to conceal the fact he could change into the Hulk at will. 8) The surprise is not that Banner could become Hulk at will, the surprise was that Banner actually let the rest of The Avengers in on his secret.
