Brand New Trailer for 'The Watch' Brings Sci-Fi Laughs and Blasts

"That's terrible for the cow, but this thing's awesome!" The last trailer for The Watch (the film formerly known as Neighborhood Watch) went straight for the sci-fi plotline after the teaser decided to leave that aspect out. Now we get a little more of a taste of alien action and comedy as Ben Stiller, Jonah Hill, Richard Ayoade and Vince Vaughn find some sort of alien weapon, and take more than a few shots at one of the deadly extra-terrestrials in a new trailer that premiered last night on "Conan." It's short and sweet, but brings the laughs and is quickly becoming one of my more anticipated comedies of the year.
Here's the latest official trailer for Akiva Shaffer's The Watch, embedded from TeamCoco:
The Watch (formerly Neighborhood Watch) is directed by SNL's Akiva Schaffer (Hot Rod), is about a group of suburban dads who form a neighborhood watch group as a way to get out of their day-to-day family routines find themselves defending the Earth from an alien invasion. The film stars Jonah Hill, Ben Stiller, Vince Vaughn, Richard Ayoade and more with a screenplay from Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg (Superbad, The Green Hornet) and 20th Century Fox is releasing The Watch in theaters on July 27th this summer.

always wondered why Vince Vaughn keeps making comedies, he`s not funny he is a good actor but he to me is always boring in these comedies.

Alright I didn't laugh until the end, but that scene with them shooting the alien over and over again definitely had me going.
