Watch: Raunchy Red Band Trailer for 'Bachelorette' Wedding Comedy
Take The Hangover and Bridesmaids and throw them into a blender and you get Bachelorette, a raunchy new comedy from producers Will Ferrell and Adam McKay. Lizzy Caplan, Kirsten Dunst and Isla Fisher are the leading ladies as they spend a night trying to fix their friend's wedding dress. However, the tension between the not-so-best friends just might give them a bigger problem, though that's not evidenced in this new red band trailer. Frankly, this movie brings a decent amount of laughs, but I found it really hard to believe that this group of friends would have stuck together long enough to end up at the wedding of a woman they don't really like. It lacked heart, but it somewhat makes up for that with humor. Watch below!
Here's the red band trailer for Leslye Headland's Bachelorette from Funny or Die:
On the night before an old friend's wedding, three frisky bridesmaids go searching for a little fun but find much more than they bargained for. With lovely Becky (Wilson) set to marry her sweetheart, Dale, the remaining members of her high school clique reunite for one last bachelorette bacchanal in the Big Apple.
Bachelorette was both written & directed by Leslye Headland, making her feature debut after working as a staff writer on "Terriers". This premiered at the Sundance Film Festival earlier this year. The Weinstein Co's Radius is releasing Bachelorette in limited theaters starting September 7th this fall. Anyone interested?

Aight. Just gonna come right out and say it. This film reminds me of nothing like another film about 4 friends with potty mouths dealing with a wedding with Rebel Wilson. Zip. Nada. This is a fresh idea. 🙂

This looks awful. Isla Fisher does have really nice tits though.

Another "comedy" where we get crude and obvious gags instead of witty humor. It's on my Will Never See list.

Comparisons are always easily done. Enjoy the damn movie by itself without constantly comparing everything to everything. It actually looks really good.
