Wrath of the Titans Trailer #2

"Prepare!" Warner Bros has unleashed a second action-packed trailer for Jonathan Liebesman's Wrath of the Titans, his sequel to the '09 remake of Clash of the Titans. Once again Sam Worthington returns as Perseus, and fights off hordes of mythological Greek monsters, ones with long necks and one eye and made of lava. This is the second trailer to follow-up an action-packed first one, and I've got to admit I'm excited, it looks like the right amount of intense action, weird Greek creatures and story. The cast includes Rosamund Pike, Ralph Fiennes, Liam Neeson, Toby Kebbell and Édgar Ramírez, too. "Prepare for what?" "Oblivion!"

Perseus (Worthington) embarks on a treacherous quest into the underworld to rescue Zeus (Neeson), who has been targeted for capture by his traitorous son, Ares (Édgar Ramírez), and brother, Hades (Fiennes).

Wrath of the Titans, the sequel to the Clash of the Titans remake from 2010, is directed by South African filmmaker Jonathan Liebesman, of Darkness Falls, The Killing Room and Battle: Los Angeles previously. The screenplay was written by Dan Mazeau & David Leslie Johnson. Warner Bros has Wrath of the Titans, which was shot in 3D, scheduled for release starting on March 30th later this spring. Looking any better?

Do Titans... have sex....? If the fire Titan and the Earth Titan had sex would, the Earth Titan completely burn and die, or spawn a Ash Titan... And out of the ash would come  Phoenix which open the 3rd film in this trilogy up for chinese Mythology crossover....

Roderick on Feb 23, 2012

And Perseus would have to fight the Monkey King.

Roderick on Feb 23, 2012

The 'Fire Titan' is Kronos, father of the Gods (Zeus, Hades, etc.).

Ultim8 on Feb 23, 2012

Woah buddy, don't have to impose your religion on me.

Roderick on Feb 24, 2012

Will it be good? Probably not. Will be entertaining? Maybe. Will I see it? Yes (but only the matinee showing).

DAVIDPD on Feb 23, 2012

the key is uncertainty.

Ageless Male on Feb 25, 2012

first of all the remake was in 2010.-not 2009. 2nd-wrath was not filmed in 3D

Nemkes on Feb 23, 2012

What is with the hair?

Xerxexx on Feb 23, 2012

Probably cuz having that buzz cut in the first one made him look like a marine or something and they were trying to be faithful to the hair from the original 1981 version.  That's just my guess.

Anon on Feb 24, 2012

Seems logical.

Xerxexx on Feb 25, 2012

It shouldn't be worst than the prequel.

Robert L. Tuva on Feb 23, 2012

This guy says it all:

Raymond Woods on Feb 23, 2012

max on Feb 23, 2012

Chaos? The end of the world? Oblivion? Wasn't that yesterday? Like srsly wtf?

Crapola on Feb 23, 2012

Dolivares03 on Feb 23, 2012

JBrotsis on Feb 23, 2012

Finally, might actually get to see Titans in a Titans franchise. Only took 30 years.

grimjob on Feb 23, 2012

looks excellent

tir na nog on Feb 23, 2012

I dare say I enjoyed the first one much the same way I enjoy going to the proctologist.  I'm hoping this one is more like a hemorrhoid check and less like a colonoscopy.

McWetty on Feb 23, 2012

Something tells me they showed all the best parts in the trailer..  ;(

Solo_Calrissian on Feb 23, 2012

you ,ight be right....that's what happened with Battle Los Angeles

Sam on Feb 26, 2012

What in the actual fuck is going on with Sam Worthington's hair in this film? To the best of my knowledge, the ancient greeks did not have perms. He looks like an extra from Saturday Night Fever, for crap's sake.

Lebowski on Feb 23, 2012

LMAO!!!!! funniest thing I've heard all day!

jah p on Feb 23, 2012

Kenny Powers.

Max Renn on Feb 24, 2012

the ancient Greeks extensively dressed their hair - men and women. They had braids and oiled ringlets.

Demapples on Mar 4, 2012

Actually, the Greeks did have natural curls and perms - it was a common style in those days. Of course the majority of them had black hair, but still, it's not as inaccurate as you might think.

Jezebel on Feb 23, 2012

 Shadap nerd

Lebowski on Feb 25, 2012

Same story as the Immortals. Right?

ccoltmanm on Feb 23, 2012

The monsters are awesome

Truong18 on Feb 23, 2012

I don't mind the hair.  Whatever takes the focus off his accent.

Carlo on Feb 23, 2012

"What are ya waiting for, maaate?" Doesn't he have a dialog coach or something?

Max Renn on Feb 24, 2012

I am wondering if that Titan is Kronos or Typhon?

paragon on Feb 23, 2012

Not enough SFX.

Michael Shipley on Feb 24, 2012

So did I just see everything this movie had to offer?

Barbara Ruiz on Feb 24, 2012

I saw the original Titan Movies and these future ones are better, I think in the end we are all going to see this movie.

Jnvred on Mar 20, 2012

Oh, Yeah. The Special Effects are better than the old claymation ones, believe me!
