Take This Waltz Trailer

"Life has a gap in it, it just does. You don't go crazy trying to fill it." Magnolia has unveiled a second trailer on Yahoo for the romantic drama Take This Waltz, written and directed by Sarah Polley, starring Michelle Williams as a married woman caught between another man and her husband, being played by Seth Rogen, who looks particularly impressive in this. The new guy is played by Luke Kirby, and Sarah Silverman is in it, too. I loved the music in the first teaser trailer more, but this presents a better look at the complete dramatic story, and it makes me much more interested in finally seeing it this summer.

Watch the second official trailer for Sarah Polley's Take This Waltz, in high def from Yahoo:

A funny, heart-wrenching story about a woman struggling to choose between two different types of love.

Take This Waltz is both written and directed by talented Canadian actress & filmmaker Sarah Polley, who you've seen in films like Dawn of the Dead and Splice, but is also a director whose feature debut was Away from Her in 2006, after directing a number of short films. This first premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival last year, and played all around Canada at the Edmonton, Vancouver and Calgary Film Festivals, too. Magnolia Pictures will be releasing Take This Waltz limited on June 29th later this summer.

This looks way better than the first trailer, it looks like it could be a good drama and Michelle Williams is always brilliant.

Much better than the first trailer. And it's nice to see Toronto playing Toronto, can't wait to see this.

Looks really good. I'd love to see a solid indie drama performance from Rogen and Silverman as well as Michelle Williams, who always pulls it off.

Anybody got a name on the second song in the trailer? I can barely make out what the singer is saying to do a lyric search, and SoundHound failed.

People were groaning out loud at the dialogue at the screening I went to. (Favourite comment, from someone returning from a bathroom break - "Oh Dear, she's crying again").
