"We're approach a little rough air." CBS Films has unveiled the first teaser trailer from IGN for Takashi Shimizu's new US horror-thriller 7500, about passengers on a long flight across the Pacific who encounter some freaky "supernatural forces" on the plane. The ensemble cast includes Leslie Bibb (above), Jamie Chung, Amy Smart, Ryan Kwanten and Scout Taylor-Compton. If you've been afraid to fly since that crash scene in The Grey, this film is really going to put you over the top, truly make you never want to fly again. It looks creepy in all the right ways, definitely looking forward to see what Shimizu is hiding. Enjoy!
Watch the first official teaser trailer Takashi Shimizu's 7500, originally from IGN:
Passengers aboard an extended flight across the Pacific Ocean encounter some kind of supernatural force.
7500, or originally Flight 7500, is newest English-language film from legendary Japanese horror filmmaker Takashi Shimizu, of the original Ju-on: The Grudge and Grudge remakes, Tomie: Re-birth, Reincarnation, The Shock Labyrinth 3D and Tormented previously. The screenplay is by Craig Rosenberg (Hotel de Love, The Uninvited). CBS Films and Ozla Pictures are developing and already shot last year, as it takes place entirely on a plane. 7500 arrives in theaters everywhere starting on August 31st, very late in the summer.

I like the cast, but ghosts don't really impress me that much, I'm over 20 so I'm getting kinda too old for that crap

Good point--I remember a TV movie from the 1970s with a similar premise (supernatural forces threatening an airliner) called THE HORROR AT 35,000 FEET. It starred William Shatner, Chuck Connors, and Roy Thinnes. ....That said, I'm interested in this film, since it's Shimizu, and heck, it could be worth seeing.

Looks... interesting, but I think that melancholy acoustic covers in horror movie trailer are becoming a bit trite.
