Ender's Game TV Spot

"There's greatness in you, Ender." It's almost time. Summit has released a brand new TV spot for Ender's Game that give us a much better look at the epic battles, sci-fi action and intensity of this adaptation. We've seen plenty of footage and TV spots before this, but with a few weeks left until release, Summit is ramping up the marketing and packing in the kind of energy and intensity needed to sell this. Asa Butterfield stars as Ender, along with Harrison Ford, Ben Kingsley, Hailee Steinfeld. This is exactly the kind of epic footage I've been waiting to see more of, proving that this might be as good as we're all hoping. Fire this up.

Here's the newest TV spot dubbed "Future" for Gavin Hood's Ender's Game, originally from IMDb:

70 years after a horrific alien war, an unusually gifted child is sent to an advanced military school in space to prepare for a future invasion. Ender's Game, based on Orson Scott Card's beloved 1985 novel of the same name, is written & directed by Gavin Hood (Tsotsi, Rendition, X-Men Origins) produced by Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci of K/O Paper Products. Asa Butterfield stars as Ender Wiggin, with Harrison Ford as Colonel Graff, plus Nonso Anozie, Moises Arias, Ben Kingsley, Hailee Steinfeld, Abigail Breslin and Viola Davis. Summit will be releasing Ender's Game in theaters everywhere November 1st later this year.

sorry, but the Queequeg thing with Ben Kingsley makes me start laughing as I expect to see Gregory Peck come hobbling out on a white bone stump mumbling about the white whale...this must be aimed at the younger audience....

I want this to be good. But my gut feeling is that it will be bad.

I just got done reading the book for the first time... I loved it! I really hope this turns out to be good. The book is so well written. I know they won't have every detail but It has the potential to be great. I wonder if they will change what the call the alien invaders? I think buggers is kind of silly. LOL Any idea whose cast as Peter?

I read this book while I was in the Marines, before I knew it was on the required reading list. Awesome book with an even better ending. So much was written in this book... I'm sure not everything is going to fit into a movie. Even if they pick up on a small percentage, it's going to be a terrific movie that will be in people's memories for a very long time.

Another Harry Potter wannabe steps up.

Yeah because the Harry Potter book series came out WAY before Ender's Game did right? Maybe people should know what they are talking about before they comment, but this is the Internet, so...
