Full Theatrical Trailer for Justin Lin 'Fast & Furious 6' Packs a Punch

"I need your help, Dom. I need your team." A few weeks ago after a kick ass Super Bowl TV spot, Universal unveiled an impressive 3-minute "extended first look" trailer showing just how awesome this sixth movie in the Fast and the Furious franchise looks. Now they've released a condensed, MPAA-approved 2-minute long official trailer for Justin Lin's Fast & Furious 6, which contains most of the same footage just re-cut to fit into a nicer, shorter package. But it still looks so damn awesome! Vin Diesel returns with Paul Walker, Dwayne Johnson, Tyrese, Ludacris and Michelle Rodriguez. If you can't get enough, check this out.

Since Dom (Vin Diesel) and Brian’s (Paul Walker) Rio heist toppled a kingpin’s empire and left their crew with $100 million, our heroes have are on the lam around the world. Meanwhile, Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson) has been tracking an organization of lethally skilled mercenary drivers across 12 countries, whose mastermind (Luke Evans) is aided by a ruthless second-in-command revealed to be the love Dom thought was dead, Letty (Michelle Rodriguez). Now, with full pardons and the chance at returning home on the line, Dom and his crew team up with the right side of the law to stop these criminals at street level in London. Justin Lin directs Fast & Furious 6 written by Chris Morgan. Universal will release in theaters May 24th.

A spoiler is an unexpected twist that is reveiled. How is an exploding plane unexpected in an action movie? If you go and see a movie like this, you know something is going to explode in the end. And at the beginning. And in the middle.

It's just a hunch and maybe I've just seen Die Hard 2 way too many times, but I bet that plane scene is the final scene of the film. It just looks like too huge of a portion of the budget for them to put it at the beginning.

As the casts for this franchise continues to expand, I have a dream that one day my kids will be in the theater for Fast and Furious 26: Expendables Edition.

You know how people make the argument that the Transformers movies, etc. should be taken just as the dumb action fun they're meant to be and just fuckin' enjoy them? This looks like it blows that argument all to shit. That looked like some over the top action I might really enjoy.

This film is so unrealistic. There is no way that an agent of the FBI/CIA would align themselves with criminals on the run. And come on... there is no way that cars can bring down an airplane and fly through the air.............. GOTCHA. Hell to the NO WAY I'm missing this. DEFINITION of popcorn, and I gots my bucket ready.
