"F&!#ing madhouse!" Dimension Films and Radius-TWC have released a new red band trailer for Nicolás López's Aftershock, produced by and starring Eli Roth, a Chilean Earthquake horror-thriller. The first trailer for this hit late last year after the film played at some festivals, earning lukewarm reviews. One thing is for sure - it's packed full of gore and blood and violence, and this trailer gives us an extra hint at that. In addition to Roth, the cast includes Andrea Osvárt, Ariel Levy, Nicolás Martínez and Lorenza Izzo. This looks quite cheap and cheesy, but still crazy gory horror fun, if that's your kind of thing. Check it out!
Here's the new red band trailer for Nicolás López's Aftershock, originally debuted by IGN:
Chilean director Nicolás López makes his American feature debut with Aftershock, a film he co-wrote with Guillermo Amoedo. Horror filmmaker Eli Roth (Hostel, Cabin Fever) both produces and stars in this thriller which follows a group of friends caught in the chaotic aftermath of a crippling earthquake that destroys the city around them and unleashes inmates from a nearby insane asylum. The film also stars Ariel Levy, Nicolás Martínez, Lorenza Izzo, Andrea Osvart and Natasha Yarovenko and premiered at the Toronto Film Festival & Fantastic Fest last year. Dimension Films is releasing Aftershock in limited theaters May 10th.

I was going to say almost the same thing, but maybe it'll be funny enough to make up for that. —— R. Valentino, Caricature & Portrait Artist. http://www.GetAPortrait.org

Oddly enough I found the whole thing to be filth, but I liked the tsunami part. Funny stuff.

Oh My God this is awful and not even in a good way! I expected a lot more from Eli Roth...it doesn't even seem like he is even trying. Did the SyFy channel produce this or something??

I love Eli Roth, but this is basically Hostel with mother nature as the villain instead of the torture org..
