Jack Black & Rob Corddry Help Make a 'Sex Tape' with Jason Segel

Back in the spring, a Bad Teacher reunion was revealed when Cameron Diaz decided to join Jason Segel in the new comedy Sex Tape set up at Sony. Originally Reese Witherspoon was in talks for the female lead, but she ended up falling away from the project. The story follows a married couple who take a night off from their kids, decide to get adventurous and spice things up by making a private sex tape only to wake up the next morning and find that it's gone. Cue the crazy search to track it down. Now The Wrap reports Jack Black will reunite with his Gulliver's Travels and The Holiday co-stars with a role in the film. Read on!

This will also be a reunion between Black and Orange County (a wholly underrated film) director Jake Kasdan, who is at the helm of this promising and hopefully R-rated comedy. Black and Kasdan have been friends for awhile, so the director decided to bring Black in for a cameo-sized role as the CEO of a major porn company. With that in mind, we're betting the tape falls into some seriously wrong hands. In addition, Rob Corddry has also joined the cast as one of their good friends who helps them out when they really need help. Production is supposed to begin this fall just before Diaz begins work as Miss Hannigan in Sony's update of the classic musical Annie. We'll definitely keep our eye on this project.
