In this day and age, there are a lot of online outlets delivering great video content in the realm of entertainment. One such group is JASH, a comedy collective featuring original content by partners Michael Cera, Tim & Eric, Sarah Silverman, Reggie Watts and producer Daniel Kellison (of Jimmy Kimmel and David Letterman) with additional contributions from their many friends. This time Cera is behind the camera for a short film called Failure, and he also stars in the story of a young man unnerved by a very peculiar and stalker-esque girl played by Aubrey Plaza (it's her eyes that really sell the fear). Watch below!
Here's Michael Cera's short film Failure from JASH, via The Playlist:
For more great content, check out the JASH YouTube channel and see what else the group has cooking. And if you really want to know what JASH is all about, you can watch their video introducing the comedy collective right here. Cera seems to be a solid talent as a director, and it makes us wonder if the Superbad and Scott Pilgrim vs. the World star will take on a feature film anytime soon. We could easily see a Michael Cera directed film being a hit at the Sundance Film Festival sometime down the road. Good short film?

this is comedy? i watched some of that other jash stuff with michael cera, like gregory go boom, and it seems really depressing and not funny. doesn't mean it's not compelling though.

I kinda like her as a crazy stalker person. she pulls that off and i can see her in a more scary role.
