"That's no blizzard. That's my sister!" The last full trailer for Walt Disney Animation's musical Frozen gave us quite the majestic look at the fairytale from Surf's Up director Chris Buck (co-directing with Jennifer Lee). Now we get another look at the tale, but this time, we also get a taste of the original song For the First Time in Forever along with quite the bold claim that this is "the greatest Disney animated event since The Lion King." That's a pretty tall order, but this grand trailer indicates that the film could very well follow through on that promise. Tangled was quite an achievement already, but maybe this has even more magic.
Here's the newest trailer for Walt Disney Animation's Frozen, found directly on YouTube:
Frozen, loosely based on Hans Christian Anderson's story "The Snow Queen," stars Broadway legend Idina Menzel as Elsa, a magical queen in self-imposed exile, and Kristen Bell as her sister Anna, who, along with a mountain man named Kristoff (Jonathan Groff) and his reindeer Sven, travels into the icy wilderness to find her sister and bring her home. Bobby Lopez (of Book of Mormon, Winnie the Pooh) and his wife Kristen wrote the music for Frozen, as this is a return to the musical for Disney Animation. Tarzan and Surf's Up director Chris Buck co-directs with Jennifer Lee. Disney sends Frozen to theaters in 3D November 27th.

Yeah. Looks promising. If they could ditch the snowman, it could be special.

I like the snowman, but um... call me a grinch but... don't like the singing. Whos with me! 😛
