Watch: Everything is Awesome in Second 'The LEGO Movie' Trailer
"I know what you're thinking. 'He is the least qualified person to lead us.' And you are right!" Following yesterday's character teasers, the second full length trailer for The LEGO Movie is here, and this looks like another animated hit from Phil Lord & Chris Miller (Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs). It's clever, funny, and has all sorts of LEGO building action. The voices chosen for every role are perfect, especially Chris Pratt as Emmet and Will Arnett as Batman. Also, we're pretty sure that's Will Forte as Abraham Lincoln in a rocket chair. This looks better than we ever imagined and we can't wait to see it. Watch below!
Here's the second trailer for Phil Lord & Chris Miller's The LEGO Movie from Warner Bros. Pictures:
The LEGO Movie is a 3D animated film written and directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller. The film follows Emmet, a completely ordinary, rules-following, LEGO minifigure who is mistakenly identified as the most extraordinary person and the key to saving the world. He is drafted into a fellowship of strangers on an epic quest to stop an evil tyrant, a journey for which Emmet is hopelessly and hilariously underprepared. Chris Pratt, Will Ferrell, Elizabeth Banks, Liam Neeson, Will Arnett, Nick Offerman, Alison Brie and Morgan Freeman all lend their voices to the film Warner Bros. sends to theaters on February 7th, 2014.
dang it! LOL!

This looks 100% awesome. I love that they made it look like stop-motion but it's really just SUPER good CGI.

It's actually a mix of stop motion and CGI. The directors confirmed this and said they don't want the audience to be able to tell the difference between them.

INNNNnnnteresting. That makes way more sense because some of the close ups of the minifigs just look too damn real to be computer animation.

Possibly the best voice cast ever assembled. Will Arnett as Batman makes me all twitterpated.

If Kevin Conroy ever wanted to give it up, I could accept Will

I was originally skeptical of this, but it looks so fun.

Animation is great... But the script is TERRIBLE.

They should have made this movie out of real legos...
TheOct8pus on Nov 1, 2013
There are some sequences that were made with real LEGO bricks using stop-motion animation, but the directors want them to be indistinguishable from the rest of the film's animation.

Why can't I find confirmation if that's Will Forte or not?! the very idea of him being back as Abe has me incredibly excited. I wish i knew if it were so.
