Neill Blomkamp & Sharlto Copley Reteam for 'Chappie' Sci-Fi Comedy

Briefly: Following their Best Picture nominated collaboration in District 9, director Neill Blomkamp and actor Sharlto Copley decided to team up again for more sci-fi with Elysium (watch the first trailer here). Now it sounds like the third time will be a continued charm for the duo as EW has learned that Copley will star in Blomkamp's forthcoming sci-fi comedy Chappie, which the director has described as having an unusual setting. There are no other details on the story or characters, but on the production side, the script was also written by Terri Tatchell, of District 9, and Blomkamp plans on going back to Johannesburg to shoot it. Hopefully Copley's casting means there's more details coming soon, so stay tuned for more updates.
