Paz De La Huerta Gets Saucy & Deadly in First Trailer for 'Nurse 3D'

Following the shiny, sexy and stylish teaser poster for the long delayed horror thriller Nurse 3D from Lionsgate, we finally have a teaser trailer for the film arriving next February. With a Single White Female vibe, this looks like a sultry but trashy movie that feels like a Skinemax movie that looks pretty. Paz De La Huerta leads the charge as a nurse who becomes obsessed with one of her co-workers (Katrina Bowden), but when she pulls away from her aggressive advances, that's when things get deadly. We suppose the rampant sex and nudity isn't a far cry from other horror movies, but it feels like 3D softcore porn. Watch?

Nurse 3D is directed by Doug Aariniokoski (The Day, Highlander: Endgame), who wrote the script with David Loughery (Obsessed, Lakeview Terrace). Abby Russell (Paz De La Huerta), by day a dedicated nurse and someone you wouldn’t hesitate to trust your life with. By night, her real work begins. Using her smoldering sexuality, she lures cheating men to their deaths and exposes them for who they really are. When a younger nurse suspects Abby's actions and compromises her plan, Abby must outsmart her and in order to bring the cheater you’d least expect to justice. Lionsgate releases the film on February 7th, 2014.

No wonder this took so long to get released. Skinemax isn't far off. I remember walking by Katrina Bowden on the street in her nurses outfit as she came out of her trailer in Toronto at least 2 years ago. Might have been longer. Guess I now know what she was shooting.

Is it just me or does Paz's acting come across as pretty awful? I think I'll wait for dvd, then fast forward through it. It looks damn average.
