Though there might not be much in the offering of horror on the big screen this month, with the exception of the remake of Carrie hitting theaters tomorrow, we've had quite a lot of horror titles kick off the hype machine lately. The trailers for Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones and The Devil's Due surfaced this week, and now one more horror film has unleashed a red band trailer, along with a stylish retro poster. Here Comes the Devil follows a couple's children who go missing. in the caves of Tijuana. And though they survive the experience, when they return home, there's still horror lurking around the corner. Watch!
Here's the red band trailer for Adrian Garcia Boglian's Here Comes the Devil from BloodyDisgusting:
And here's the cool retro teaser poster for Here Comes the Devil as well, originally debuted by AICN:
Adrian Garcia Boglian writes and directs Here Comes the Devil, which played at the Toronto International Film Festival and Fantastic Fest in 2012. A couple (Francisco Barreiro and Laura Caro) have their son and daughter inexplicably reappear after being lost overnight on a desolate, cave-riddled mountainside after a casual hike turned into their personal nightmare. Though their return seems like good fortune, the children’s behavior suggests the ominous and unspeakable events from the night they went missing will continue. Magnet will release Here Comes the Devil in limited theaters and VOD starting December 13th.
