'Warrior' Director in Talks for Remake of French Thriller 'Tell No One'
Over two years ago, before Argo became all the rage on the awards circuit, Ben Affleck was attached to Warner Bros. and Universal Pictures' co-produced remake of Harlan Coben's thriller Tell No One. Though the novel comes from an American novelist, the book actually first received the feature film treatment back in 2006 when French director Guillaume Canet took a crack at adapting the book. However, it won't be Affleck in the director's chair anymore as Variety reports Warrior director Gavin O'Connor (fresh off taking over the western Jane Got a Gun starring Natalie Portman), is now in talks to helm the adaptation.
The story follows a doctor who was suspected of his wife's murder eight years ago and finds himself the suspect of murder again when two bodies are found near where his wife's body was found. However, the real twist comes when an e-mail arrives with a photo of his wife, alive and well. Chris Terrio (Argo) scripted the film, so this would have been a nice reunion, but this could be the kind of film that gets O'Connor on the same playing field as Affleck. After all, the director made a derivative sports drama feel fresh with Warrior, and a script from Terrio will only help. Sound good?

HARD CHOICE....I MEAN VERY HARD CHOICE I'm not fan of another French remake 'Anything for Her' even with my favourite actor 'Russell Crowe' and Paul Haggis behind the camera. I say TOUGH CHOICE.
