Unfinished Song Trailer

Open your heart. Find your voice. If you're looking for something on the lighter side, stop by and check this out. The Weinstein Co recently debuted a trailer for a film called Unfinished Song, written & directed by Paul Andrew Williams. The British charmer stars Gemma Arterton (Prince of Persia, Byzantium, Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters) as the director of a local singing group who befriends a grumpy old man, played by Terence Stamp. The cast includes Vanessa Redgrave, Christopher Eccleston, Anne Reid. This looks to be another uplifting charmer in the vein of Quartet. Can Tamina tame cranky Zod through singing?

Watch the official US trailer for Paul Andrew Williams' Unfinished Song, in high def from Apple:

Unfinished Song tells the funny and uplifting story of Arthur (Terence Stamp), a curmudgeonly old soul perfectly content with sticking to his dull daily routine until his beloved wife (Vanessa Redgrave) introduces him to a spirited local singing group led by the youthful and charming Elizabeth (Gemma Arterton). This unexpected friendship and his discovery of music revitalizes Arthur’s passion for new adventures and shows us all life should be celebrated at any age. Unfinished Song is written & directed by English filmmaker Paul Andrew Williams, of the films London to Brighton, The Cottage and Cherry Tree Lane previously. TWC will release the film in select theaters starting June 21st this week. For more on this, visit their site. Interested?
