"She didn't just have the rug pull from under her. She had the home, the husband, the entire life. Gone." Though the couple trailers released for Steven Soderbergh's pharmaceutical thriller Side Effects have sold the film really well, details on the plot have still been pretty vague. Now a new international trailer has surfaced with tons of new footage that gives us details on the relationship between Channing Tatum and Rooney Mara and how their marriage crumbles due to the anti-depression drug prescribed by her psychiatrist (Jude Law). It looks intense and feels just like a Soderbergh thriller should. Watch it below!
Here's the new international trailer for Steven Soderbergh's Side Effects via The Guardian:
Steven Soderbergh (Contagion, Magic Mike) directs Side Effects from a script by Scott Z. Burns (Contagion, The Informant! and The Bourne Ultimatum) A woman (Rooney Mara) turns to prescription medication as a way of handling her anxiety concerning her husband's (Channing Tatum) upcoming release from prison. Catherine Zeta-Jones and Jude Law also star in the film that arrives in theaters on February 8th, 2013.

I've avoided trailers for this...it looks quite good actually. Haywire was surprisingly good...didn't see Contagion or Magic Mike but I'll definitely check this out.
