Watch: One More 'G.I. Joe: Retaliation' Trailer with Extra Ninja Footage

Ninjas! Paramount has seemingly finally conceded to the fact that the best part of this new G.I. Joe: Retaliation movie will be the insanely awesome ninja cliff fight action scene. We talked highly about the ninjas early last year when they previewed footage, but now they've decided to just go all out and deliver a trailer featuring nothing but the ninjas. This new international trailer for Jon Chu's delayed, retooled, 3D-converted G.I. Joe movie is essentially a montage of badass ninja footage cut to the "Seven Nation Army" song that they've used in previous trailers. I'm sold purely on this, but I hope the rest of the movie is good.

G.I. Joe 2: Retaliation is being directed by Jon M. Chu (Step Up 2 & 3D, "The LXD", Justin Bieber: Never Say Never) from a script by Zombieland writers Rhett Reese & Paul Wernick. Channing Tatum returns as Duke, along with Ray Park as Snake Eyes and Lee Byung-hun as Storm Shadow. Other newcomers to the cast include Bruce Willis as General Joseph B. Colton, Adrianne Palicki as Lady Jaye, Ray Stevenson as Firefly, Joseph Mazzello as Mouse, Arnold Vosloo as Zartan, D.J. Cotrona as Flint, and RZA as the Blind Master. Paramount is planning to release G.I. Joe: Retaliation starting on March 29th, 2013 this spring.

hehe I don't know why but this screams of good potential. The thought of ninjas on a cliff fighting, I'm sold just for the idea of trying to execute it... let's go joe!

First GI Joe was probably the worst movie I have seen in a while. But ninjas, Dwayne, Bruce Willis and overall badassery, I just have to see this one!

This movie looks pretty sweet, not sure why everyone keeps saying the first movie was awful, it was great for what it was suppossed to be a simple popcorn flick with alot of action. What i liked about the first one was they had even match ups between the good guys and bad, it had two badass ninjas fighting eachother, two smokin hot chicks fighting eachother and alot of sweet action along the way. Sure the acting was a little cheesy but that is to be expected from this type of movie. Definately looking forward to this sequel.

Movie should have just been about Snake Eyes and how in the hell they brought back Storm Shadow. Oh, I'll still go see this but I'm just saying lol.

Wasn't part of my childhood so fair play it isn't aimed at me but... really Bruce? Really? Also, just casually destroy London. Makes so much sense... Looking forward to them acknowledging that devastation in the inevitable follow up... oh, they won't?

Lee Byung Hun is the man. The first was terrible but strangely this doesnt look too bad. Hopefully they completely ignore the first one and make this one stand alone.
