Pitch Perfect

Though we don't really care about the results of the MTV Movie Awards which took place last night, there's usually something cool to take away from the actual ceremony. In addition to the new General Zod TV spot for Man of Steel and the impressive first teaser trailer for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, most of the cast of Pitch Perfect reunited for a live musical mash-up. Rebel Wilson led the charge (since she was host of the show and Anna Kendrick couldn't be there) and was joined by the likes of Skylar Astin, Ben Platt, Anna Camp, Brittany Snow and more of the Treblemakers and Barden Bellas. Watch below!

Here's the Pitch Perfect reunion performance direct from the 2013 MTV Movie Awards:

Jason Moore (a TV director of "Dawson's Creek" and "Everwood") makes his feature directorial debut with Pitch Perfect, written by "30 Rock" writer and producer Kay Cannon, based on Mickey Rapkin's book of the same name. Anna Kendrick stars as Becca, a misfit college student who, unhappy with her life at school, joins an a cappella group. She leads the women in ditching their traditional numbers for mash-ups of songs old and new as they compete in the cut-throat world of college a cappella groups. Alexis Knapp, Rebel Wilson (Bridesmaids) and Brittany Snow also star in the film now available on Blu-Ray/DVD. Give it a shot.

Why should I have to install a program to watch a flash video from MTV? I'm actually crying right now, it's evil...

That was bad, and they put the Trift Shop song in it which because of how over played it is right now makes this not at all impressive.

That could very well have been the worst skit that MTV has ever done during the movies awards. Also, when will rebel wilson go the fuck away?

Much inferior to the perforamce in movie at the end. But I guess less talented people put this together in much less time.
