Adam Sandler is Still Terrible in Another Ridiculous 'Blended' Trailer

Hoping to capture some of the magic that made The Wedding Singer and even most of 50 First Dates enjoyable, Drew Barrymore is back with Adam Sandler for the romantic comedy Blended. We've already seen one trailer for the summer release that will act as counter-programming to X-Men: Days of Future Past. There's just too much dumb slapstick and kids spouting off stupid lines that are supposed to be funny just because kids are saying them. However, I will concede that the last music-infused bit in this trailer is clever and made me laugh, but I'm willing to bet the movie won't fare so well as a whole. Watch it?
Here's the second trailer for Frank Coraci's Blended, direct from Warner Bros. Pictures:
After a disastrous blind date, single parents Lauren (Barrymore) and Jim (Sandler) agree on only one thing: they never want to see each other again. But when they each sign up separately for a fabulous family vacation with their kids, they are all stuck sharing a suite at a luxurious African safari resort for a week. This also stars Joel McHale as Lauren’s ex-husband, and Wendi McLendon-Covey as her best friend; Kevin Nealon and Jessica Lowe as an overly romantic couple also vacationing; Terry Crews as the resort's singing host; and Dan Patrick as Dick. Blended is directed by Frank Coraci (of Murdered Innocence, The Wedding Singer, The Waterboy, Click, Zookeeper, Here Comes the Boom), from a script by Ivan Menchell & Clare Sera. Warner Bros will release Blended in theaters everywhere starting May 23rd next summer. So?

This movie was filmed in Sun City, a resort in South Africa. Looks cheesy as hell, but since I used to go there all the time as a kid, I will watch it for nostalgia purposes. 🙂

Looks like a good, fun filled, family movie. There's nothing terrible about it. You need to stop exaggerating.

It looks bland as hell. Why would anyone want something without any flavor?

You have to give Sandler some credit for still making movies where the whole family can enjoy watching. Albeit not my family, but other families.

Do you work for Happy Madison by chance?

Adam Sandler pitched an idea to film a movie in Africa...so he could go for free. Crews is the only funny thing in this trailer.

Why is Hollywood still bankrolling this no talent assclown?

His (terrible) movies still make a lot of money, sadly. So, it's more like, "Why are people still paying a premium for tickets to Adam Sandler movies?" Probably because they're safe comedies for the family. I feel bad for those families; half of them probably don't even want to be there.

Yikes this looks bad. Sandler please stop ruining comedies! And what the hell is with that weird changing songs with each persons perspective moment in the trailer??

It was a joke, and it's actually the only part of the trailer I found amusing.

We're in the midst of fixing that. Believe me, since we have to load this page countless more times than any of our readers, we're just as annoyed by it as you are.

Thank you sir, just making sure it's not just me. Also, if it helps, this website isn't the only one it's happened to me on today, so i'm under the assumption it's a google ads issue.

Yeah, we noticed it running on some other sites we frequent too. Sounds like it's just a batch of ads that are malfunctioning.

God has sent the mighty NOAH movie to conquer all movie websites and make them suffer the Flood! LOL! 🙂
