Benjamin Bratt Joining Ice Cube & Kevin Hart for 'Ride Along 2'
Briefly: A sequel to this year's hit not-so-buddy cop comedy Ride Along has already been announced with Kevin Hart and Ice Cube returning in the lead roles, and director Tim Story back behind the camera. There's not any specifics on what the story will be, but Variety has learned that the sequel will take the action to Miami this time, and they'll have a new cast member in the form of Benjamin Bratt. The Snitch and Miss Congeniality star is just coming off a villainous voice role in Despicable Me 2 and also a nice supporting role in the event series revival "24: Live Another Day," but his role in this sequel isn't revealed. Expect to hear more soon with the sequel moving closer to production to meet Universal's date of January 15th, 2016.
Bratt seems to have aged 30 years in 10 years.
