Sadly, we didn't get a new film from Joel & Ethan Coen this year, and it doesn't look like we'll be getting one in 2015 either. Deadline has just learned that the Coen Brothers' developing comedy Hail Caesar has been set for release by Universal on February 5th, 2016. Seems like weird placement for a movie from the Coens, even though it's a comedy, but all right. The film already has quite a cast assembled with George Clooney starring and Josh Brolin Ralph Fiennes, Tilda Swinton, Channing Tatum, Scarlett Johansson, Frances McDormand and Jonah Hill all appearing in the story following a single day in the life of a studio fixer who is presented with plenty of problems to fix. Stay tuned for more information.

EPIC BROTHERS. It is a real treat whenever we can get a film from these two.

While I'm very excited for this film, it is sad news that there's another whole year coming up without a new Coen bros film : (

It's weird how the Cohen brothers look more and more like Barton Fink as time goes by....
