Five New TV Spots Launched for Christopher Nolan's 'Interstellar'

September 29, 2014

With the release of Interstellar just over a month away, it's getting to the point that we don't want to see anymore footage from what will be Christopher Nolan's longest film to date. Now with a running time of 169 minutes, it will surely be hard to spoil the whole film with trailers and TV spots, but this feels like the kind of film that you want to know as little about as possible. Having said that, we know there are some people out there who are hungry for every last bit of footage they can find, so we're giving you five new TV spots that just arrived. We know there's new footage, but we're not watching. The choice is yours. Watch?

Here are the four new TV spots for Christopher Nolan's Interstellar from YouTube (via ComingSoon):

If you haven't yet, watch the most recent theatrical trailer for Interstellar right here.

Interstellar is directed by British filmmaker Christopher Nolan, of the films Doodlebug, Following, Memento, Insomnia, Batman Begins, The Prestige, The Dark Knight, Inception and The Dark Knight Rises. Looking good. Kinda ready for some 'real' grounded sci-fi!! 😉

Wow, some pretty big spoilers in the first teaser. The other ones don't reveal much, though.

*SPOILERS* * DONT READ* Yeah i suppose "Every hour on this planet are 7 years on Earth" kinda explains everything. :

Sascha Dikiciyan on Sep 29, 2014

Yea, you saying that makes my assumption seem more plausible. Which is, I'm assuming Matthew's little redhead daughter is the older redhead woman we see later in the trailer. He'll get back and all his kid(s) will be old but he'll still be practically the same age.

Yes, thats exactly what im thinking too. Its too bad the trailers kinda gave it away. I mean it wasn't really hard to come up with that. The "hour is 7 yrs" line just confirmed that theory. Still can't wait to see the whole thing!!

Sascha Dikiciyan on Sep 30, 2014

Although anyone who reads scifi, or even FTL theory, knows that there's going to be a time dilation effect, in order for the distance to be covered, while having only a teeeeeny % of humanity left alive on Earth upon their return. Still not sure how even an aged-up daughter (Jessica Chastain?) would still be alive at a 1:7 rate.

I had no idea this movie was so long. All of these "spoilers" could be just from the first hour and a half alone. I have a feeling theres a special surprise in store for everyone.

I dont think there will be a M. Night Shyamalan kinda ending. If you paid attention during all trailers and tv spots its pretty easy to spot the 'twist'. Hopefully im wrong and there's a lot more to it.

Sascha Dikiciyan on Sep 30, 2014

No Spoilers for me. No watching these.

DAVIDPD on Sep 29, 2014

Good move. They show too much, IMO.

Sascha Dikiciyan on Sep 30, 2014

Also not watching because I'm afraid of spoilers. Her haircut is cute. That's all I'm taking away.
