We've already seen one teaser trailer for the creepy indie horror flick Oculus, but now we get a much better idea of the story with the full theatrical trailer. Tim (Brenton Thwaites) and Kaylie (Karen Gillan) had their lives changed when Tim was convicted of the brutal murder of their parents at a young age. Ten year later, Tim is released from protective custody and ready to move on with his life but Kaylie, still haunted by that fateful night, is convinced her parents' deaths were caused by a malevolent supernatural force from the Lasser Glass, an antique mirror from their childhood home. And she's unfortunately right. Watch below!

Here's the theatrical trailer for Mike Flanagan's Oculus, originally from Apple:

Oculus is directed by Mike Flanagan, (Makebelieve, Still Life and Absentia) and written by Mike Flanagan & Jeff Howard, based on the short film of the same name. Years after the mysterious deaths of their parents, a traumatized brother and sister find the cause of their family tragedy: a cursed mirror whose 300-year history has left a bloody trail of destruction in its wake. Karen Gillan ("Doctor Who", Guardians of the Galaxy), Brenton Thwaites (The Signal), Katee Sackhoff (Riddick, "Battlestar Galactica"), Rory Cochrane, Annalise Basso and Garrett Ryan Ewald star in the film Relativity Media sends to theaters on April 11th.

Damn Brenton Thwaites is seriously handsome. Hopefully this movie turns out good though.....good horror films are rare these days.
