Whether people wanted it or not, the Entourage movie is coming to continue the story of Vincent Chase (Adrian Grenier) and his Hollywood gang of friends after the HBO series came to an end a few years ago. Kevin Dillon, Jerry Ferrara, Kevin Connolly are all back as Drama, Turtle and Eric respectively, not to mention Jeremy Piven as super agent turned studio executive Ari Gold. And they'll also be joined by other series regulars Perrey Reeves (Mrs. Ari), Rex Lee (Lloyd) and Debi Mazar (Vincent's publicist Shauna). Now Deadline has word that a grown up Haley Joel Osment has a supporting role in the movie.
As we've heard before, the film follows Vinnie as he's in the middle of making a big budget version of Dracula. Billy Bob Thornton was previously added to the cast as a billionaire cowboy turned film financier who puts up money for the Dracula movie and sends his 20-something son to L.A. to keep an eye on his investment. Osment is playing Thornton's son in the film, and he's certainly on a comeback either way, especially with a role in Kevin Smith's Tusk coming soon.
UPDATE: A press release was just sent out announcing the start of principal photography, and other returning characters include Emmanuelle Chriqui as Sloan and Rhys Coiro as rogue director Billy Walsh. We wonder if any of the guest starrs who had an extended arc on the series will show up eventually. We'll find out.
