"The CIA is asking us to be a couple of James Bonds." In case you hadn't heard, Sony Pictures has done a complete 360 turnaround on their release of The Interview. They went from a wide release on Christmas Day to pulling the film from theaters entirely, and now the film is headed back to the big screen, but only in a limited release throughout over 200 independent movie theaters (we've got the full list of theaters right here). And to help push the already hyped release, here's three new TV spots with Seth Rogen and James Franco. Get ready to see what pissed off North Korea so much that they tried to stop us from watching it.
Here's the three new TV spots for Seth Rogen & Evan Goldberg's The Interview from Sony Pictures:
And you can still watch the red band trailer for The Interview right here.
The Interview is written and directed by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg (of This is the End previously, and the co-writers of Superbad, The Green Hornet, Pineapple Express), with a story the duo wrote with "The Daily Show" scribe Dan Sterling. In the comedy, James Franco plays the handsome talk show host of "Skylark Tonight" who finds himself and his producer (Rogen) into a dangerous CIA organized plot to assassinate the leader of North Korea under the guise of a television interview. Columbia Pictures will be releasing Rogen & Goldberg's new comedy The Interview starting this holiday season on Christmas Day.

Pretty good. But really not worth all this drama.

If they did a 360, they'd be in the same spot...
