The next film from The Wackness and 50/50 director Jonathan Levine has already firmed up a trio of great stars with Seth Rogen and Joseph Gordon-Levitt reteaming, this time joined by Anthony Mackie. In the Untitled Christmas Eve Movie, the three actors are playing a group of three childhood best friends who reunite in NYC for their yearly tradition of going out for fun on Christmas Eve. Now the film has finally landed a female co-star with THR reporting "Masters of Sex" star Lizzy Caplan has landed the role of Diana, a love interest for Gordon-Levitt's character in the movie. However, that's really all we know so far.
Rogen is also producing the film with This Is The End co-director Evan Goldberg, reteaming them with Good Universe, the same company behind 50/50 and Neighbors. Honestly, we don't need to know much more about the film since Levine, who also wrote the script, has consistently crafted some spectacular character-driven films with the perfect blend of comedy and drama. Throwing a great talent like Caplan into the mix, who has been great in films like Mean Girls and Bachelorette, only sweetens the deal. The film is already slated for release on December 11th, 2015, so stay tuned for more.

I am not a fan of Seth Rogen, but this sounds like it'll be a good film.

I really like Lizzy...alas I refuse to see anything with Rogen in it.
